BITSOM Mumbai Facilities

BITSoM facilities and infrastructure play an important role in a students life. The facilities help them in experiencing an eased out college life. BITS School of Management facilities and infrastructure include hostel, sports, gym, cafeteria, wellness room, etc. BITSoM hostels are well furnished and provide a homely environment for students. Sports and fitness are given due importance at the institute.

The aesthetically designed campus is tech-enabled and has essential facilities. BITS School of Management will be functioning at its interim campus at Hiranandani Knowledge Park in Powai until the permanent campus has been set up.

Boys Hostel
The institute offers comfortable accommodation to the students. The residency has modern amenities. Students will be provided with accommodation in a single-occupancy room having requisite facilities.
Girls Hostel
The institute offers comfortable accommodation to the students. The residency has modern amenities. Students will be provided with accommodation in a single-occupancy room having requisite facilities.
Library
BITSoM library has an abundant collection of books and provides a good reading experience to the readers.
Cafeteria
Taking care of the food requirement, BITSoM facilities include a cafeteria that offers a wide variety of food and beverages to its members.
Auditorium
BITSoM facilities include an auditorium that is used for organising events.
Sports
Sports is given utmost importance and the students are encouraged to be a part of various sports such as badminton, tennis, swimming, skating, cricket, etc.
Parking Facility
A limited parking facility will also be available.
Wifi
The institute provides internet connectivity at the campus.
Gym
BITS School of Management has a gymnasium that can be used by the students for maintaining their physical fitness.
Medical/Hospital
The institute has a First Aid and Wellness Room that is used for providing medical assistance to the students.

College Infrastructure

Amazingly built college with a very well standard set for the campus. The environment maintained at BITSoM helps greatly in the MBA experience which adds to the overall network building in the campus. The hostels, classrooms, mess all other facilities are well maintained and hygiene is given priority

College Infrastructure

Yes yes, college have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, equipments everything. They actually have a well built structure. It is actually very fancy, they do all the justice to the BITS name. Not just the campus in terms of college but hostel etc are also well built and maintained.

Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani fee structure of different courses are mentioned below. However the first year fees of most of the courses of Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani is same 5.1 3 lacs:

Bachelor of Engineering Honors: INR 18.98 lacs
Master of Business Administration: INR 11.10 lacs

Opinions on the newly established BITSoM, Mumbai MBA/PGDM course.

Hi...
BITSoM is accepting applications for MBA Admission 2021 from January 21, 2021. The last date for submitting the application is February 28. The admission would be based onCAT / GRE / GMATscores followed by a personal interview. Applications are available online on the official website.

BITS Pilani has recently launched School of Management in Mumbai with an investment of INR 1500 Cr. BITSoM would offer admission to only MBA courses with various specializations covering areas of Data Science & Analytics, Technological advancements, Design, etc. What is special about is MBA course at BITSoM is:

Its experienced and academically proficient faculty hailing from top management institutions likeKellogg School of Management , Singapore Management University,Cornell University , etc.

MBA programme would include 05 specializations in 70+ courses with a total of 1600+ contact hours. Thus, a variety of electives to choose from along with their specialization in second year.

Multifold course outcome with growth in leadership skills along with a stronger strategic and analytical emphasis. Which is important for an overall management related knowledge development.

At BITSoM, MBA students would get an opportunity to get exposure to networking and industry insights through BITS Pilanis 50 years of entrepreneurial leadership.

Finally, MBA students in addition would be considered a part of the BIT Pilani alumni. Further having access to alumni mentorship and entrepreneurial ventures for job opportunities.

BITSoM MBA students would also witness campus placement opportunities. The placement drive usually starts in the month of November or December every year, and continues till the month of March.

For now BITSoM will function in a temporary location in Mumbai. It will begin its operations from July 2021 with 120 students only.
