Lendi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Vizianagaram often abbreviated as LIET Vizianagaram was established in 2008 under the guidance of Sai Dhamam Educational Trust of Visakhapatnam. The LIET courses consist of 6 UG B.Tech programmes and 4 PG M.Tech programmes in the field of engineering and technology. The entrance exams accepted for LIET UG admissions are the AP EAMCET, and AP PGECET or GATE for LIET PG admissions. According to the NIRF 2023 report, approximately 493 students were placed out of 537 graduated students with a median salary of Rs 4,50,000 per annum offered to the placed students in the LIET placements 2022 drives.

Lendi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Vizianagaram has been approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and it has been accredited by NAAC. The LIET Vizianagaram is also in affiliation with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTUK Kakinada). LIET infrastructure is spread over an area of approximately 13 acres which bounds all the facilities provided by the LIET college like the hostels, library, sports facilities, canteen, and more.
