Eligibility Criteria

The candidates applying for the EPGCITMA certification course are required to qualify in some of the eligibility criteria to get admission into this course. The eligibility criteria of this course are designed by IIM, Kozhikode, which are:

Education

The candidate must have passed bachelor’s degree or an equivalent degree in any stream with a minimum aggregate mark or equivalent CGPA of 50 per cent.

Experience

The candidate must have three years of managerial/entrepreneurial/professional experience after completing the graduation.

Apart from these, the candidate must have studied three information technology subjects during his/her graduation or should have a diploma certificate in an information technology subject.

The candidate must have two years of experience in IT/ITES/Technology sectors or IT functions of a company.

The candidate needs to qualify in condition ‘1’, ‘2’ and one of ‘3’ or ‘4’ in order to get admission into this course.

Certification Details

The EPGCITMA certification course evaluates candidates' performance on the basis of different tasks conducted by the faculty during the online classes. An end-term exam is conducted in each quarter to evaluate the performance of candidates.

Candidates are evaluated on the basis of end-term exams conducted in each quarter and some other tasks that the faculty conduct during the online live classes. The candidates are given marks in terms of grade, and each grade has some value.
