Hey vamsi Krishna
Thats a great goal.
So firstly, you need to possess an LL.B degree from any University/College recognized by the Bar Council of India . You can opt for either a 3-year LL.B degree or a 5-year integrated B.A./BBA/B.com/B.Sc LL.B degree. A 3-year LL.B degree can be pursued after graduation in any stream whereas, and a 5-year integrated course can be pursued straight after class 12.
Then, lawyers must apply for admission to the bar in their state or jurisdiction of practice. The State Judicial Services Examination. This examination is held by respective State Governments from time to time. So, Delhi Government conducts the Delhi Judicial Services Examination, Government of West Bengal conducts the West Bengal Judicial Services Examination, etc. The examination consists of three stages – Preliminary, Mains, and Viva-Voice.
Most judges work as attorneys prior to acquiring their judgeship. An attorney represents clients before a court or in other legal proceedings to resolve disputes. Their tasks may include appearing in court, drafting court documents and conducting legal research.
To become judges, one must either be appointed or elected. Lawyers may apply for judgeships by submitting their names for consideration to a judicial nominating commission, or they may be recommended by senators or other politicians. Generally, becoming nominated for a judgeship requires a strong history of legal practice and support from politicians. Some federal judges are appointed to life-long terms, while other federal, state or local judges have fixed or renewable terms of office. At the end of these terms, judges often either retire or teach law school.
judges may be required to complete state-administered introductory training or attend training programs led by legal organizations, such as the ABA, National Judicial College or National Center for State Courts. Most judges are required to complete continuing education courses throughout their careers to stay informed about changes to the law.
Hope this helped
all the best
Hello Muneer,
I think you are currently very young to start preparing for UPSC and NEET. Just now you should just focus on your school, and develop skills. Developing skills will help you outstand the crowd which will be beneficial in case of UPSC interview. Developing a skill and mastering it to such an extent that you become either a regional, or state or national champion will benefit you in future.
As far as NEET is concerned, the ideal time to start preparing for getting into AIIMS, would be when you reach class 9th. From then, lay more stress on Physics, Biology and even Mathematics, because after 12th you will be opting for PCB, and 11th 12th Physics is quite tough for biology students, so if your mathematics base is strong in class 9th and 10th, doing 11th and 12th physics will be easy.
For UPSC you should try figuring out your preffered branch and start preparing by excelling in your academics, try reading as many books as you can.
Hope this Helps

hey ridhi
Based on previous years' cutoffs and qualifying ranks you have to score around 600 to 620 marks and your ranks should fall into 400-1400 range to get an admission into BJMC for a general candidate in All India Quota.
hope this helped
all the best
Dear Ridhi, as per the previous year cut offs score of 640 fetched a seat in VMMC in GEN CATEGORY under STATE QUOTA. That was for the year 2018.
As we all know the cut offs for the year 2019 were high since the exam was easy. So for this year the cut off was around 665+. The exact figures are not available yet. Having said that the cut offs changes every year as they depend on various factors. Try to score more than the above cut offs to get VMMC.
All the best

Hello siddhant!
To pursue ms abroad you have to appear and excel the Graduate record examinations(GRE), along with that you also have to clear an english proficiency test like toefl or ielts. The scores in these tests only qualify you to apply in the universities. Along with these scores, the university will also check your academic and co curricular records. So i would suggest you to try and improve your gpa in the coming semesters and start preparing for GRE as soon as possible. Along with this you should also try to diversify your profile by learning new skills, doing internships, social service etc. For further information about procedure and the best universities you can visit the following link: https://studyabroad.careers360.com/country/canada
Hope this helped!
Good Luck!
Hey Siddhant, Hope you are doing good right now. So coming back to your question as you said you got 8 CGPA in class X and 70% in class XII. To tell you if you are looking to get admission in a good B-School definitely your past academic records matters a lot. But their are also some top B-Schools which don't put that much weightage towards your past academic records. If you are willing to give CAT 2020 then make your fundas very clear, get your queries together and get it clarified as early as possible and yes secret to success is to practice a lot of practice and determination. If you get a good score in CAT then you can get admission into new IIM and some other top colleges as well.
If you ask me then I would suggest you to give other exams too like XAT,MAT,NMAT,CMAT ,IIFT and SNAP. All these tests are important and XAT being the bit difficult but XLRI you can target through that. Past academic won't matter that much but it can haunt you but the thing is you should know the strategy to tackle the questions on your low performance in cCass X and Class XII. You would be through if you can make it.
Best of luck and perform your best.
