Please mention the subject stream you will be completing your graduation with. Because, you need MBBS as initial course for becoming a neurosurgeon and then, 2-3 years of MS. After becoming a doctor, it depends on you how much neurosurgery centres and hospitals you can build and help

Yes,you can go graduation arts from IGNOU, you can take admission in the July Cycle of this year,usually application process commence in the month of May onwards but due to ongoing covid 19 pandemic there may be a delay.

See science field require too much hard work. You should have strong determination power and stamina. Now a days cut off of commerce field is higher than Science field so you can get Admission in science stream easily but it require hard work. I am not discouraging you

Gowtham, you haven't mentioned the State you belong to. This is important because each State has a different cut off for each Category. If your goal is only GMC, you can appear for 15% All India Counselling and 85% State Counselling for your home State. You will have to score
