      DYPCOEI, Ahmednagar Admission Process

Dr. Vithalrao Vikhe Patil College of Engineering (DVVPCOE), Ahmednagar, has grown to be one of the reputed institutions offering engineering courses at different levels. Admission is, right from start, on the basis of performance and would follow the principles and rules laid down by the state to remain fair and transparent. DVVPCOE remains to be in great demand among many other institutions for its modern infrastructure, industry tie-ups, and a commitment to all-round development in aspiring engineers. Usually, the admission cycle at DVVPCOE starts in May-June for the academic session starting from August-September. Admissions to the UG programs are solely merit-based on the performance of the candidates in the JEE Main and MHT CET examinations. For entry into the M.Tech course, GATE scores are required for the admission procedure.

Further eligibility for undergraduate degrees includes successful completion of 10+2 from a recognized board and Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as compulsory subjects. Generally, an aggregate of 50% marks in the qualifying examination is a requirement. In the case of other postgraduate programs, a Bachelor's degree must have been completed in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.

The college accepts the score of a number of examinations at the national level for accepting students:

      1. Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main for the B.Tech programs
      2. Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) for B.Tech programs
      3. Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) for M.Tech programs.

      Application Process

The application procedure at DVVPCOE will differ according to the course:

      3. Fill up application form and pay required fee.

      3. Submit the filled application form along with required documents, and application fee.
      4.  Important is to attend the entrance test and/or interview as per the schedule.
      5. For successful candidates, complete finalization of admission at DVVPCOE.

Most of the essential documents to be submitted will be:
