The seminar halls and auditoriums are frequently used for guest lectures and events, giving students extra exposure beyond academics. The canteen serves hygienic food, and the campus environment feels safe and welcoming.
The faculty is supportive and approachable, blending theoretical knowledge with real-life case studies. Most professors have industry experience, which helps in making complex topics easier to understand.
FIT offers decent placement support for B.Com students, though opportunities are more promising for finance and accounting profiles. The placement cell organizes job fairs, internships, and skill development workshops, helping students gain practical exposure.
The infrastructure of FIT is average. While the classrooms are functional, they are compact and lack proper cooling systems, which makes it slightly uncomfortable during peak summers. The computer labs are equipped with the necessary setups, but some systems often face technical issues.
The Teaching staff at FIT is generally supportive and qualified, though a few may seem less approachable. The faculty tries to maintain academic discipline and follows a curriculum that aligns with the latest industry standards. Exams are moderately tough, requiring consistent study throughout the year if you aim to score well.
One of the major drawbacks of pursuing BCA at FIT is the absence of a dedicated placement cell. On-campus recruitment opportunities are almost non-existent, and students largely have to depend on their own efforts or alumni networks to secure job opportunities.
Infrastructure of FIT Meerut is good, given the fact that it's a technical course like BCA. The building looks modern and well-serviced, with wide classrooms having comfortable seating arrangements. The Wi-Fi connection works well in most parts of the campus, which is great for working on web-based projects or attending coding classes.
There are some teachers who are very interactive and explain each subject properly, and there are some instructors who are average in presentation. However, most of the instructors provide quality notes, and if you do their work accordingly, it's very easy to get well marks in exams.
Around 50–60% of students from our batch were placed. Most of our seniors got placements in WebTech Solutions, Digicore Systems, Syntelsoft, and TechMagnet Pvt. Ltd. The maximum package offered last year was ₹5 LPA, the minimum was approximately ₹1.8 LPA, and the average is ₹2.8–3 LPA.
Classroom are well-lit, climate-controlled and equipped with wireless connectivity, making lectures smooth and efficient. The cafeteria is praised for its cleanliness, pricing and food quality, while filtered drinking water and accessible healthcare stations add to student comfort.
The Teachers are proficient, student-centric and passionate about teaching. They employ a concept-based bad practical approach, helping students grasp core subjects like accounting, taxation and economics with ease.
The Institute provide encouraging career prospects, with mostly students successfully securing job roles annually. Frequently hire students for positions such as business associate, audit analyst and operations executive.
The Infrastructure of FIT is average but sometimes Internet facilities are not working properly. The Canteen Food is below average, often repetitive and tasteless. Medical facilities are not in the good condition.
Faculty are experienced and well-knowledgeable, but teaching lacks innovation. Most lecture follow the same old PowerPoint-based routine with very little hands-on learning. They show little interest in helping beyond class hours.
There is no placement training and the placement cell is barely active. Here, placements are not as promising as advertised. Few students manage to secure jobs, it's mostly through their own efforts or external references.
The Institute has a multipurpose hall where seminars and workshops are regularly held. The Library is quiet escape with a great selection of business magazines, case studies and management books. The Computer labs are well-maintained, with all the latest business software installed.
The Faculty members are one of the strongest aspects of FIT's BBA program. They are supportive and always open to discussions beyond calss hours, especially when it comes to career planning or project work.
The placement of FIT is average. Most reputed companies visit the institute every year. Internship support is also provided in collaboration with industry partners, which adds real-world exposure to the academic experience.
FIT Institution offers a vibrant, digitally enhanced campus. The BBA classroom are modern, well-ventilated and equipped with touch-enabled smart boards. A multi-cuisine cafeteria, dedicated student lounge and a rooftop garden study area make campus life enjoyable.
The Faculty team combines academic insight with real-time industry acumen. Several professors are visiting professionals from reputed business schools and corporates, and the rest are core faculty holding MBAs, and industry certifications.
The Placement support at FIT Institution for BBA students is strategically structured, focusing not only on final-year recruitment but also on early grooming and exposure from the second year. Intership Tie-ups with startups and SMEs gives hands-on business experience.
The College infrastructure is very poor, they didn't provide us with a proper computer lab or a sufficiently good library. The Canteen is not hygienic, the staff can not maintain hygiene. Washrooms are frequently unclean and lacked water supply.
While a few teachers are genuinely supportive and knowledgeable, many seemed to be disengaged or disinterested in teaching. The syllabus is outdated, and there's no effort made to include modern-day commerce applications like GST tools and financial analysis platforms.
The Placement scenerio for B.Com students is extremely poor. There's no structured placement support from the college. Most students are left to struggle on their own without any guidance or opportunities.
FIT Meerut has average infrastructure for a private regional college. It is affiliated to CCS University, hence the degree is valid. The class rooms are standard but equipped with projectors, and the lab rooms are functional with modern systems. Wi-Fi is provided in academic blocks. Library has a good amount of textbooks related to BCA subjects, and it's heavily used by students during project work.
The faculty in FIT Meerut is extremely friendly and highly experienced with a number of members holding master's or Ph.D. in computer science or related disciplines. They deal in teaching fundamental programming languages, database, and computer concepts. and teachers encourage students to engage in coding activities and workshops.
Approximately 35% to 40% of the BCA students from our batch were placed, primarily in junior positions. The best offer made till now was approximately ₹8 LPA, but that is an off-campus. The average offer is still around ₹2.5–3 LPA, which depends on the student's skill set.
The college campus is Wi-Fi enabled with good internet connectivity, particularly in lab and library space. Classrooms and the library are air-conditioned, which enhances the learning atmosphere. Practical labs are well kept and functional to undertake daily coursework.
The college is affiliated with CCS UNIVERSITY Meerut, Faculty members are dedicated and experienced. The pass rate is approximately 33%, and although the teachers work very hard, there are students who fail because of poor preparation or study habits.
The overall placement percentage stands at approximately 55% for the B.Sc Computer Science programme. The salary ranges from 1.8 LPA to 6 LPA, with an average package of around 2.5–3 LPA. Regular companies visiting for campus placements include Webkul, TechiesGroup, Hexaware, and Digivert Solutions
