Placements

Placements are fair with IT companies, PSUs, and some core industries visiting. Many students get jobs in Infosys, TCS, and Wipro, while some prepare for higher studies or government exams. However, placement in core fields is limited compared to IT.

The placements at the campus are not really nice, although the maximum number of students placed from the campus were from electrical engineering department itself but the average package offered is not good (around 3-4 lpa)

In my course, which is B.Tech in Computer Science around 60% of students who were qualifying the benchmark of required CGPA were placed. And the highest packages were around 12 LPA. The average was 5 LPA, and the least package was 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies in our courses are TCS and Infosys. Since no official data is available for internships, as far as I know, many students got internships. There are several roles offered to the students of my course, including senior engineer and HR manager etc

Both HBTU, Kanpur and ZHCET, Aligarh, are equally good! The infrastructure of both includes huge libraries, laboratories, cafeteria, Wi-Fi enabled campus, gym, but HBTU has music and dance rooms in addition!
