The placement scenario at GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management is considered good, especially compared to many other AKTU colleges. The college has a dedicated placement cell that works actively to bring companies to the campus and prepare students for recruitment. Many reputed companies visit the college every year, mainly from IT and software sectors. The highest package offered is quite impressive, while the average package is decent for most students. A good number of students get placed in companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and other tech firms. The college also focuses a lot on placement preparation. It provides training in aptitude, coding, communication skills, and conducts mock interviews. This helps students gain confidence and perform better during actual placement drives. However, placements are more favorable for students from CSE, IT, and related branches, while core branches may get fewer opportunities. Also, getting a high package depends largely on the student’s skills and performance.
