• Students applying for the courses are required to meet the eligibility criteria and appear for the UPTAC counselling process. 
• Candidates with valid scores in the qualifying examination and who appear for the CUET PG examination are eligible to register for the UPTAC counselling process. 
• After qualifying for the entrance examination, students have to fill out the online application form.
• The shortlisted candidates are required to appear for the document verification process.

• Demand Draft of the fees. Note: Please include the amount of Hostel/Transport fees (if applicable) with college fees.
• Two sets of self-attested photocopies with all original certificates (10th, 12th, bachelor’s degree, as applicable)
• A self-attested photocopy of each, with the original Migration Certificate, and Character Certificate from the last attended Institute / University Migration Certificate not required for students who have passed B.Tech/MCA from AKTU.
• Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC category.
• Gap Affidavit in case of qualifying examination passed before 2022.
• Anti Ragging Affidavits from the candidate and from the mother/father of the candidate.
• Copy of the Adhar Card of the candidate and a copy of Adhar and PAN/ of Mother & Father.
• Four latest photographs of the candidate and one photograph of the candidate's father and mother.
• Medical fitness declaration in the prescribed format.
