FIT has decent infrastructure for students. The computer labs have updated systems, and the classrooms are clean and well-maintained. The college offers a library with a good collection of books from Indian and international authors.
The faculty members at FIT Meerut are qualified and approachable. They use a mix of traditional teaching methods and modern tools like PowerPoint presentations to make learning easier. Teachers are supportive and willing to help students with their questions.
Only a small number of students get placed through campus drives. The highest package for my batch was around ₹3.2 LPA, while the lowest was ₹1.8 LPA, and the average was about ₹2.2 LPA. Most companies that visit are local firms offering entry-level jobs.
FIT has a campus that’s both modern and student-friendly. The computer labs are air-conditioned and equipped with the latest systems, fast internet, and licensed software, ensuring smooth practical sessions. The classrooms are well-lit, with projectors and audio systems for interactive learning.
The professors are knowledgeable and approachable. They not only teach theory but also encourage us to work on real-world projects, participate in tech fests, and learn beyond the syllabus. Their mentorship is especially helpful when preparing for certifications or internships.
The placement cell puts in consistent effort to connect students with reputed companies. While top-tier IT firms do visit, many students also get opportunities in mid-sized companies and startups, especially for roles in software development, web design, and IT support.
The infrastructure at FIT Meerut is decent. Classrooms were clean, well-ventilated, and maintained. The library was well-stocked with both course-related and reference books. Computer labs had enough systems for practical learning, but the internet speed could sometimes be slow.
The faculty for BCA was helpful, knowledgeable, and approachable. They guided students throughout the course and were always ready to answer questions, even outside class hours. While most teaching focused on theory, some teachers made an effort to include practical examples.
During my time there, the placement record for BCA students was weak. Only a few companies visited the campus, mainly local IT firms. The average package ranged from ₹2.5 LPA to ₹3 LPA. Many students, including me, had to find jobs through off-campus drives or pursue further studies to get better opportunities.
The seminar halls and auditoriums are frequently used for guest lectures and events, giving students extra exposure beyond academics. The canteen serves hygienic food, and the campus environment feels safe and welcoming.
The faculty is supportive and approachable, blending theoretical knowledge with real-life case studies. Most professors have industry experience, which helps in making complex topics easier to understand.
FIT offers decent placement support for B.Com students, though opportunities are more promising for finance and accounting profiles. The placement cell organizes job fairs, internships, and skill development workshops, helping students gain practical exposure.
The infrastructure of FIT is average. While the classrooms are functional, they are compact and lack proper cooling systems, which makes it slightly uncomfortable during peak summers. The computer labs are equipped with the necessary setups, but some systems often face technical issues.
The Teaching staff at FIT is generally supportive and qualified, though a few may seem less approachable. The faculty tries to maintain academic discipline and follows a curriculum that aligns with the latest industry standards. Exams are moderately tough, requiring consistent study throughout the year if you aim to score well.
One of the major drawbacks of pursuing BCA at FIT is the absence of a dedicated placement cell. On-campus recruitment opportunities are almost non-existent, and students largely have to depend on their own efforts or alumni networks to secure job opportunities.
Infrastructure of FIT Meerut is good, given the fact that it's a technical course like BCA. The building looks modern and well-serviced, with wide classrooms having comfortable seating arrangements. The Wi-Fi connection works well in most parts of the campus, which is great for working on web-based projects or attending coding classes.
There are some teachers who are very interactive and explain each subject properly, and there are some instructors who are average in presentation. However, most of the instructors provide quality notes, and if you do their work accordingly, it's very easy to get well marks in exams.
Around 50–60% of students from our batch were placed. Most of our seniors got placements in WebTech Solutions, Digicore Systems, Syntelsoft, and TechMagnet Pvt. Ltd. The maximum package offered last year was ₹5 LPA, the minimum was approximately ₹1.8 LPA, and the average is ₹2.8–3 LPA.
Classroom are well-lit, climate-controlled and equipped with wireless connectivity, making lectures smooth and efficient. The cafeteria is praised for its cleanliness, pricing and food quality, while filtered drinking water and accessible healthcare stations add to student comfort.
The Teachers are proficient, student-centric and passionate about teaching. They employ a concept-based bad practical approach, helping students grasp core subjects like accounting, taxation and economics with ease.
The Institute provide encouraging career prospects, with mostly students successfully securing job roles annually. Frequently hire students for positions such as business associate, audit analyst and operations executive.
The Infrastructure of FIT is average but sometimes Internet facilities are not working properly. The Canteen Food is below average, often repetitive and tasteless. Medical facilities are not in the good condition.
Faculty are experienced and well-knowledgeable, but teaching lacks innovation. Most lecture follow the same old PowerPoint-based routine with very little hands-on learning. They show little interest in helping beyond class hours.
There is no placement training and the placement cell is barely active. Here, placements are not as promising as advertised. Few students manage to secure jobs, it's mostly through their own efforts or external references.
The Institute has a multipurpose hall where seminars and workshops are regularly held. The Library is quiet escape with a great selection of business magazines, case studies and management books. The Computer labs are well-maintained, with all the latest business software installed.
The Faculty members are one of the strongest aspects of FIT's BBA program. They are supportive and always open to discussions beyond calss hours, especially when it comes to career planning or project work.
The placement of FIT is average. Most reputed companies visit the institute every year. Internship support is also provided in collaboration with industry partners, which adds real-world exposure to the academic experience.
FIT Institution offers a vibrant, digitally enhanced campus. The BBA classroom are modern, well-ventilated and equipped with touch-enabled smart boards. A multi-cuisine cafeteria, dedicated student lounge and a rooftop garden study area make campus life enjoyable.
The Faculty team combines academic insight with real-time industry acumen. Several professors are visiting professionals from reputed business schools and corporates, and the rest are core faculty holding MBAs, and industry certifications.
The Placement support at FIT Institution for BBA students is strategically structured, focusing not only on final-year recruitment but also on early grooming and exposure from the second year. Intership Tie-ups with startups and SMEs gives hands-on business experience.
