• Candidates seeking lateral entry admission to the 3rd semester (Second Year) must have passed SSLC or an equivalent examination with a minimum of 35% aggregate marks.

• Such candidates must also have passed ITI (2-year course) or completed PUC II.

• Eligible candidates can apply for admission directly to the 3rd semester through the lateral entry scheme.

• Attend counselling for document verification.

• Pay the fee to confirm Government Polytechnic Tumkur admission.
