MMCOE Pune Admission Process
MMCOE, Pune college offers courses at undergraduate and postgraduate level. MMCOE, Pune UG courses include BE/B.Tech in different subjects. Some of them are BE Mechanical Engineering, BE Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, BE Computer Engineering. MMCOE, Pune UG admissions candidates must have passed class 12th with at least 50% marks from a recognised board also valid score in JEE Main, MHT CET. MMCOE, Pune PG course includes ME Computer Engineering and MBA. all the courses are offered in full time mode only. MMCOE, Pune PG admissions are offered to candidates who must hold a BE Degree irrespective of the subject, from a recognised board and a valid score in either of the CAT, CMAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA, GMAT, MAH MBA CET examination.

Academics
Honestly, the academics can be tough, but the faculty makes it manageable. The professors in the IT department actually know their stuff and are always ready to help after class if you're stuck on a concept. The curriculum covers core university subjects, but the college also pushes us to do hackathons, practical coding, and live projects. They focus a lot on making sure you are ready for actual software jobs, not just passing written exams.
College Infra
The campus is compact but really well-designed and has a great vibe. For IT students, the labs are the best part—the computers are updated, and the Wi-Fi is fast enough for all our coding and project needs. The library is massive and a quiet place to study during exams. Classrooms are clean and have proper digital projectors. The hostel feels safe, and the cafeteria serves decent, hygienic food at pocket-friendly prices. Overall, everything you need for engineering is right here.
Campus Life
Campus life here is an amazing experience. The crowd is friendly, and between the annual cultural fests and sports matches, there is always something fun happening. The location in Pune is safe, well-connected, and perfect for student life. The staff handles emergencies smoothly, and you feel looked after. Looking back, these four years really helped me grow up, gain confidence, and make life-long friends. I’d definitely recommend it!
Placements
Placements are quite solid for our branch, with around 80–90% of students getting placed. The placement cell starts training us early with mock interviews, aptitude tests, and resume workshops, which takes away a lot of the final-year stress. Big IT companies and cool startups come to campus regularly. The average package is pretty good for freshers, and if you put in the effort, you can easily land a great role.
Value For Money
MMCOE is totally worth the money. The fees are quite reasonable compared to other engineering colleges in Pune, and you get excellent returns on what you pay. Between the quality labs, constant placement opportunities, and extra technical training programs, you don't have to spend extra money outside. For a middle-class student looking for a great IT career without huge student loans, this is a perfect choice.

Academics
Faculty are cooperative and approachable. They explain topics clearly and make sure students are keeping pace with the syllabus. Faculty members give personal attention during projects and assignments. Some of them are actively engaged in research and encourage students to explore new ideas. They also help students with career planning, certifications, and exam preparation.
College Infra
Well organized campus, giving students access to all necessary facilities. The classrooms are modern with proper seating, lights, and projectors. Labs are well-equipped, especially for computer and electronics-related branches. The library is big, quiet, and stocked with textbooks, journals, and online databases. Hostel facilities are available with decent food and secure surroundings. Wi-Fi connectivity, canteen services, and medical facilities are provided.
Placements
College provides good placement opportunities to all students, especially in IT and related fields. Recruiters like Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini, and TCS are frequent visitors. The average package is around ₹3.5–4 LPA, and some students secure offers of up to ₹8–11 LPA. Core branches like Mechanical and Civil also get chances, but fewer compared to CS and IT. The placement cell conducts regular training sessions, coding practice, and aptitude workshops.

Computer engineering Faculty members are Always supportive and focus on making students understand the basics first. They use examples and problem-solving sessions to explain concepts. Teachers are always approachable and clear doubts whenever needed. Some professors also involve students in real-time projects and encourage participation in hackathons and coding contests. They give useful feedback and guidance that helps during exams and interviews.
College Infra
College infrastructure is decent and student-friendly. Classrooms are spacious and most of them have projectors. The labs are regularly updated with the required instruments and software for practical learning. The library is quiet and has an excellent collection of academic and research material. Hostels provide safe and clean living spaces, and the mess food is satisfactory. The campus has Wi-Fi, a cafeteria, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, and an auditorium for cultural programs.
Placements
Placements opportunities are improving every year. Many reputed IT and consulting companies hire students regularly. Students from Computer and IT branches have the highest success rates, but Electrical and Mechanical students also get offers. The average package is about ₹3–4 LPA, while some bright students get up to ₹10–12 LPA. The placement cell also trains students in soft skills, technical tests, and aptitude.
