NIFT Kangra provides admission at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. NIFT Kangra admission is based on the National Institute of Fashion Technology Entrance Examination(NIFT). • Students should meet the eligibility criteria to initiate the NIFT PG admission process.

• The selection process for postgraduate courses at NIFT involves two main components, the General Ability Test (GAT) and the Personal Interview (PI).

• Candidates first appear for the General Ability Test (GAT), which evaluates their general aptitude, analytical ability, and domain-specific knowledge.

• Based on their performance in the GAT, candidates are shortlisted for the Personal Interview (PI) round.

• During the Personal Interview, candidates are assessed on various aspects, such as their creativity, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and overall suitability for the programme.

• The final selection for postgraduate courses at NIFT is made considering the performance in both the GAT and the Personal Interview.
