NIFT Shillong Placement Process

Under the centralized placement process, companies are allowed to hire students from any of their 18 NIFT companies. The NIFT placement process is done by following two routes.

On-Campus Placements - Companies can visit the campus as per the schedule released by NIFT and participate in the placement procedure.

Pre-Placement Offers (PPO) - Companies may give pre-placement offers to students before the campus placement. Such job offers can be on the basis of internships or projects undertaken by the students while studying at NIFT Shillong.
