Amazing infrastructure...all the necessary facilities and equipments are there. Best classrooms, laboratories and libraries are there. Hostels are neat and clean and the food is very hygiene. Living spaces are neat and clean
The quality of teaching is best .. easily understandable. I'm studying ft because I want start a boutique. Yes, my curriculum is updated in all the recent developments in the field. This course is makes me job ready
Best placements are giving....low to top companies are offering the job. Maximum 60-70% of the students gets placed.. mostly starting the business. Average salary is 2LPA. it's helpful for the students
It's worth to complete the course here
I've completely enjoying the campus life
The campus was under construction during my time there, new labs and structures were being added. The labs and resources were well maintained and adequate. Mess food was above average. Sports equipment and tech based equipment like smart boards and projectors can be improved upon. But overall there were no major issues.
The courses was standard as per all NIFT curriculums, its a quiet and peaceful campus surrounded by nature, which can be immensely inspiring for creative fields like fashion design. The curriculum also made sure to include local culture, art and craft.
Placements still take place in core NIFT centres only, students have to visit Delhi campus during placements, this needs to be improved. Salary packages are low across all the campuses. College has little to no role to play during the placements.
The cost for this course is pretty high plus you have to spend more money for day to day craft needs, stationary and other items which adds up quickly. The salary packages are really low compared to the cost of the course.
The campus is surrounded by beautiful mountains, a cozy atmosphere but filled with alot of creative and fresh energy. Multiples fests and events happen through the year, campus life overall is great.
