NSS is a volunteer association of young people in colleges, universities, and at the 10+2 level who work for a campus-community linkage. The goal of establishing this National Service Scheme on the college campus is to raise social awareness among students and to help them develop their personalities by studying and working in the camps. On the college campus, there are four NSS units such as three for male students and one for female students.
The Indian Red Cross Society includes the Youth Red Cross. The major goal of this club is to increase awareness about taking care of their own health and to foster a spirit of service and a sense of duty within the student community via dedication and devotion. The main operations of YRC include Campus Cleaning, First Aid Camps, and health and nutrition programmes.
RRC is an initiative launched by the Government of India in schools and colleges to raise HIV/AIDS awareness among students. The symbol Red Ribbon as an awareness ribbon is used to represent the solidarity of individuals living with HIV/AIDS, as well as to raise awareness and combat drug abuse and drunk driving.
