Candidates must have completed a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Minimum Marks:

a) 50% aggregate 

b) 50% marks in English subject in 10th/ 12th/ Degree examination

Relaxation:

For SC/ST candidates : There is a relaxation of 5% in the minimum marks required PCM; however, it will not apply to English subject Marks.

Medical Certificate:

All the candidates who qualify for this program require to submit a Physical Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner at the time of Certificate Verification.

• An Indian or Foreigner National can apply for this course
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Technology /Architecture relevant field with or without work experience with minimum 50% marks from recognized university/Institution.
• Candidate must have passed the final examination with the minimum 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates).
• Candidate should appeared for CET/CAT/MAT/ATMA/AIMA/AIMA/GMAT etc. Examination with non-zero positive score.
• If a student has not appeared for any entrance examination shall appear for PERA foundation entrance exam.
• Candidate who are in final year of their graduation is eligible to apply and can take the provisional admission.
