You can register for other colleges as well if your first priority is not UPTU.
The counselling procedure would start from the 2nd week of June and subsequent rounds would start after that ending in the first week of August.

Thanks for your query! Once you get your rank card, on the main site of UPSEE after some days you'll find a link where you can register yourself. In registration process you have to fill all your preferences. The counselling takes place online once you submit your preferences and the counselling round takes place after evry round you'll get to know that you've got which college. Once you are satisfied with the college you can pay the fee or wait for further counselling rounds if not satisfied!
