After making correction, should we send tha Pdf to the ICAI intitute??? Is this necessary?

If you are asking about the CA foundation application form, then there is no need to send the form in pdf format.
CA Foundation application correction window-I (without fee) was available for one week from September 7, 2018.
Candidates can make the corrections by login to the account through login/register tab.
Only those candidates whose photograph or/and signature doesn’t appear on the pdf/printout of CA Foundation application form 2018, need to send the hard copies application form to ICAI exam division.
