After pass from on demand exam nios they only provide pass certificate so i will give other certificates like migration/ TC etc to JEE?

Don't be worried about this thing.
After clearing your 12th board exams from NIOS board, you will have your 12th Passing Certificate of NIOS Board. To get Transfer Certificate and migration certificate, you will have to contact your School Authorities where you were initially registered for Class 12th.
After you complete some formalities with the school authorities, they will provide you your TC and Migration certificate.
