E031 and E048 both are the KCET Engineering College code. E031 is the college code of Basaveshwara Engineering College, Balkot. And E048 is the college code of BMS College of Engineering Basavanagudi, Bangalore. Now firstly, I would like to tell you that the college that gets aid from the Government is termed as the aided college and the colleges that does not get any funds or aid from the government is called as unaided college. The unaided college take heavy fees from the students whereas the aided colleges only take the fees fixed by the Government.
Now talking about which one among the two that is between E031 and E048 which one is aided and which one is not so let me tell you that E031 is aided and E048 is not aided or an unaided seat. The fee structure between the two will be different in these two. In aided and Unaided college or seat mostly the fee structure is changes hence everything is somehow same.
