analyze the implementation of the recommendation of national knowledge commission
National Knowledge Commission was an authority which was constructed to make some great possible policies to strengthen India's advantage in the field of knowledge -intensive services.
This commission was constituted by the Prime Minister of India, Manmohan Singh to advise the PM's office on matters related to various education, research and reforms.
NKC has provided recommendations on 27 areas from which the most important areas which has been given more emphasis are:-
1. The Right to education
2. Language
3. Translation
4. Libraries
5. Knowledge network
6. Health information
7. School Education
Many of the recommendations of the NKC have already been in the implementation stage by various ministries of the Government of India, which includes areas like Libraries, e-governance and translation.
NKC has also recommended to achieve excellence in the educational system of the country to meet the requirements, challenges and the increased competitive advantages in the various fields of knowledge.
