Best way to escape rat race in life?

Rat race denotes when we try to become more successful than others just because of seeing their success. You feel jealous and starts thinking to compete them anyhow and in actually you ruin your life by such kind of steps.

I don't know whether you have read THE MAHABHARAT or not but your question can be directly answered from one of the famous incident of MAHABHARATHAM :

INCIDENT: When karna forgets all his knowledge whatever he had learnt from god Parashuram and asks god shree krishna why it is happening? Why he is not able to recall his knowledge then God shree krishna told him that it is due to curse of god shree Parashuram even his purpose to learn archery was not to help others and for the betterment of the society but to become more successful from Arjun. And in the very long conversation between god shree krishna and karna, famous line quoted by shree krishna is that; whenever a person tries to learn or gain knowledge not because of he is interested in it instead he has to become more successful than  someone with whom he is in competition, than such knowledge does not remain with the person so long and in this way he/she ruins his/her life.

So, i just stated the incident in brief but my purpose is to tell you that the best way to escape ra race in life is you only. If you can control your desires, if you learn anything with the purpose that it will help you as well as others than offcourse you not need to worry about it you are on right track. On the other side if you learn anything just to showoff or you want to become more successful than others in the same field also not for the betterment of people, you will face struggles only in your whole life and nothing esle.

At last, *don't do competition with others instead with yourselves.

*do something in which you're really interested and offcourse with the aim of betterment of people also.

* always be happy and be kind to others.
