Dear Tiyasha, for those payments that have been deducted twice, you can expect a refund within a week automatically into the account. However, if that doesnt not happen, you can reach out to the customer service at the email id at mail@natboard.edu.in along with the transaction details.

the customer care no doesnot rcv thecall.I hv sent mail as per your advicebutthere was no response..can anybody give the customee care no sothat I can talk with there representatives..plz help
