Hey Arnab! You can complete your Diploma in elementary education (D. El. Ed) program from open and distance learning mode. D. El. Ed is a 2-year full-time diploma course which is divided into 4 semesters to train teachers mainly for the primary level. Candidates who have qualified 10+2 or equivalent examination from any recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible to apply.
