Can I get admission in gfti with 83 percentile in sc category?

Of course you may get seat in GFTIs with 83 percentile provided that you are from SC category. Try for getting seats in the counselling process from the beginning. Of you are not getting it then there is last option left.
In some GFTIs like Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya Haridwar and HNB Garhwal University there is a provision of local counselling for Vacant seats.
For that you have to regularly stay in contact with the college through their contact details provided on their respective websites.
