HELLO,
With 129 marks in NEET it is unlikely to secure admission to MBBS in a government medical College especially for the general category
However there might be possibility of getting a seat in private medical College under the management quota or in a BAMS
The specific chances depend on the factors like the candidates category (OBC,SC ST, etc .) the state quota and the cutoffs of the specific colleges you are interested in.
