Can I get an affidavit made and present it in the NIT I am taking admission? I have lost my TC and it will take some time to issue a new TC.

Hello Aspirant,
There are many students who don't have some documents at the time of admission and therefore ask college for some time. So what you can do is try to contact the college authority and ask them that whether they want an affidavit or self declaration regarding this issue. You can also ask your respective school for a letter in which it is clearly mentioned that issuing new TC will take some time. But It will be better to confirm about this thing from college itself. However it is not a very big issue and you should not worry much about it.
