Can i get an NLU with AIR 8300 even in 3rd waiting list ?

No, your chances of getting into NLU in the 3rd round of counseling are very less since your rank is on a higher side. You may get into one of the NLU if any vacancy arises but that is a difficult scenario. You can get into one of the college of IP university except VIPS and Main Campus.
