No, you are not eligible to get admission in B.Sc with Chemistry honours , if your main subject in 12th is PCM ( physics , chemistry , math ) and you failed in mathematics .

in order to get admission for your under graduation in Chemistry (Hons), you are required to have mathematics as a subject in your 10+2. One of the eligibility criteria to pursue Chemistry (Hons) is to have mathematics as a subject in your 10+2 as well as score a minimum aggregate marks, along with a few other subjects.
