Dear Shubham,
If your caste does not belong to Centre list and is not a reserved category till now,then you are surely eligible for Economically Weaker Section Category.
But Maharashtra government had restricted Marathas from this 10% αreservation.
But Marathas has 16% reservation in Maharashtra State Colleges.
Thus, you cannot apply for EWS.
