With 312 marks in OBC category, you have decent chance to get a seat in BHMS course
Moreover, there is slightly less chance in government BHMS college than private BHMS college

Based upon previous years Cutoff and data, getting a free seat into BHMS college would be tough. You could still opt for private colleges as well.
