Can I get mechanical in IET lucknow with 1314 sc category rank in upsee? I already got 4th choice college in first round of counselling.

At this rank, your chances of getting IET Lucknow isn't that good, IET Lucknow is the best college of UPTU and as far as it's cutoff is concerned, I don't think, you can get into this college with this rank because the cutoff is really high.
