I m answering your question just the way you have asked yes you can definitely get admission into niys without giving jee mains .
How you hadnt mention for which course then you can pursue mtech in nits by giving gate exam .
As well as MBA through cat exam and even mca through nimcet exam conducted by 11 nits . But if you want to pursue btech without jee then its not possible.
