Can I have seat in iit with rank of 5000 in obc and 22000 in general

Since you have not mentioned whether it is your JEE advanced rank or JEE mains rank but we are assuming that it is your JEE advanced rank and providing the information as per the JEE advanced rank
As per the data provided by you you have got 5000 rank in OBC category in JEE advanced and you are willing to take admission in any of the IITs so as per the latest data available we are providing the previous year cutoff of different IITs in range of your obtained rank
