can i please get to know,the day neet forms were released our 12th class result was not declared,then i applied for neet and got the confirmation letter..now is it necessary to update 12 class marks on the neet application form?

Mahruk, the correction window has been extended until May 3rd. Because your results have besn declared, its good you change the qualification code to 02 and update your 12th marks to your application form. Make sure to take a print out of the application form for all future reference.

Ma'am can't we leave the application form as such ..is it important to make changes?

Your qualification code changes now because you got your results. So that makes a difference to the application. So it is good to make the changes. Your application form should have the latest information.
