Hi,
The students who has done their 12th form any institute in UP or those whose parents are domicile of UP can do this test. So any student who doesn't filful any of these criterion is not eligible for this test.

Dear Aspirant,
Other state candidates can also give AKTU(UPTU) exam for admission into various colleges under AKTU(formerly UPTU) , Uttar Pradesh. However, 85% of the seats are reserved for the home state candidates and you have only 15% of the seats to choose from.
