Hope you are doing absolutely great.
So with regard to your query, NO it is not only 13 marks. As per the recent guidelines by the government for the CBSE board and other boards one must secure 33% of the total marks to be qualified in 10th standard, which means out of 40 marks in each subject you need to score 13 marks to pass that particular subject.
If you get only 13 marks overall in all subjects you will be failed in the exam. To be passed in any of the subject you need to score 13 marks in that particular subject.
