Yes D Pharm graduates are eligible for CSIR
CSIR exam will be held on 21 June 2020
Some important tips to follow are
1.Check your eligibility oh CSIR website
2.Register yourself on their website,only the registered candidates will get the admit card
3.candidates should be of minimum 28 years(33 is case of sc/st)

No, you are not eligible for giving CSIR NET exam by doing a diploma in Pharmacy because the eligibility criteria of CSIR NET is to have atleast 55% marks in Master's degree or you should be in the last year of your Master's degree.
