Yes, colleges do provide study materials. It also depends from institution to institution. You can collect all the books and stuffs from the library as the college's library are provided with every facilities. You can also approach the faculties, they might help you.

Hello,
Most colleges provide study material. But the distribution of this study materials vary. The colleges may offer the study material in private to the students in class room either in the form of print-outs or handwritten papers or as lecture notes. Some colleges may upload study material in their website which allows others also to learn the concepts.
