From last few years' papers, we have observed that the 90% of the question in the board examinations directly come from only NCERT textbook. I hope you are doing good. If you are giving exam this year of class 10th and then yes ncert is sufficient to practice, to get marks in final exams. Don't worry about it , while also refer to your class notes that your teacher must have given in class. Plus if teaches have asked you to get some reference book then you can practice from that also.
