For SRM admission, the fee receipt certificate(download) link is being shown but when i click on it it just says that no fee paid details found. what does that mean?? and why isn't it showing the fee structure

You may have difficulties to find fee structure of srm University because you are downloading the fee receipt instead of fee structure.the fee receipt is downloaded when someone already paid fees for the course and you haven't.

For the fee structure you need to visit on srm website there you find fee structure tab just click on it you will get details about fees.your background is not clear so i am unable to provide you fee details but at srm University fees is around 2 lakh to 3 lakh for b tech students and for bba bsc it is around 1 lakh
