hello, I have self-attested my photo and uploaded it and have already submitted it. now on your website, I saw photos weren't supposed to be attested. so do I fill out another application now? or is it okay that I have self-attested it?

The last date to apply for NIMCET is March 31, 2020. If the authority offers any correction facility after that, then you can correct the application. But if there's no correction window, then leave it as it is. Filling more than one form can lead to rejection of your application. So it will be better if you wait for furthur notification.
