hey my fathers and mothers name in all of my documnts is hari kumar and aashi bala respectively but there real name is harish kumar and shashi bala how can i resolve this problem as my parents documnts carry there real name but my documnts carry there incorrect name

Sankita, this answer is being written after reading your comments for the prior answer. Now you can change your Aadhar Card, Voters Id card, Passport, Driving License/ But the rest, it is difficult. Because most of the documents go by what has been mentioned in your 10th marks sheet. And so it might be not possible to change the rest of the documents. So what you need to do is get an affidavit done. Infact you will need 2 separate affidavits, one for your Father and one for your Mother. The affidavit should state that Mr. Hari Kumar also goes by the name Mr. Harish Kumar and Mrs. Aashi Bala also goes by the name Mrs. Shashi Bala but both the names belong to your Father and Mother. The affidavit should state that both Mr. Hari Kumar and Mr. Harish Kumar, Mrs. Aashi Bala and Mrs. Shashi Bala are one and the same. Any local advocate will get these affidavits done for you. Because these are being notarised, they will carry value and you will not face any issues during further studies or during employment pursuits.
