Yes, if you give the improvement exam and score as per the eligibility criteria, you can apply for NEET UG entrance exam 2021 if you are able to get your marksheet or marks before the application form process starts because you need to mention your scores in the application form. You can present it during counseling if you clear the qualifying marks in NEET.
The eligibility criteria for the exam states that the candidate must have scored atleast 50% marks as an aggregate in PCB subject combination along with English from a recognised board of education in class 12th.
