how are chapters are in Hindi syllabus class 12

If you're studying in  Class 12, as you think about how many chapters are included in the Hindi subject of the NCERT textbook, here’s a clear breakdown to help you understand.
In CBSE the Hindi subject is offered in two versions  – Hindi Core (subject code 302) and Hindi Elective (subject code 002). Both have different textbooks and chapter distributions.
Hindi Core is more focused on language skills and comprehension. It generally includes two main books, and in some schools, a third one is optional.
1. Aaroh (Main Reader) – 8 prose chapters and 4 poems (12 chapters)
2. Vitaan (Supplementary Reader) – 4 chapters
3. Antral (Optional/Additional Reader) – usually contains 3 to 5 poems (included in some schools
It has a total of approximately 16 if only the first two books are used, or up to 19 when Antral is included.
And in  Hindi Elective
This version is more literature-intensive, ideal for students interested in creative and analytical writing. It includes
Antara (Main Reader) – 8 prose chapters and 8 poems (16 chapters)
Sahitya Sanchayan (Supplementary) – 3 literary pieces
Total Chapters: 19chapter
