The marks required for admission in Top NLUs or to get a three digit rank differs each year due to several factors like level of difficulty of the paper and level of competition. The marks have varied a LOT in the previous years hence a safe score for CLAT is difficult to be ascertained. One year the marks for a three digit+ rank was 140+ In some year it was 110+ and once it was 120+. So it changes each year due to the level of difficulty of the paper.
