Hello.
Actually fee per semester at nits is rs 62,500.
But there will be full fee waiver for scheduled category candidates.
So you just need to pay for the hostel, mess, other Missilineous fees.

I got 99 marks in I'm sc and I'm from West bengal. So which colleages can i get for cse ??

You can try for dhurgapur cse., but definitely you can get into tip 3 branches at dhurgapur.
And cse at middle layered nits like jhalandar, delhi, goa,bhopal, Puducherry etc.,
