I accidentally clicked on a wrong option( AICTE 3year diploma for admission in IITs) in my educational details of 12th, as i should've clicked( 12th CBSE ) option in which I really am, in my JEE MAINS 2021 form, and also lost the chance to correct it? what to do and what will happen????

You should correct the application form for JEE MAINS 2021. The correction process have started and the last date is 30th January,2021.
